Sharon is feeling dull, ordinary and unadventurous in her life. And worst of all, her friends see her that way, too. So when a quirky substitute-student teacher encourages Sharon to be more free-spirited, Sharon embraces a new spontaneity. But as she grows closer to the teacher, she begins to alienate her friends. Soon, she learns that there's a fine line between being free-spirited and eccentric.

  • Sharon's braces are capable of attracting lightning to themselves, as she's struck by lightning in this episode. This is most likely because electrically-charged metal magnetically draws natural electricity towards itself. Oddly, she experiences no negative effects from this happening, possibly because the charge she absorbed didn't get grounded.
